I dunno I didn't think that Lexus near the end did anything wrong, she's not obligated to get behind you to turn left. That traffic didn't look too bad. Then again my record traffic jam is 10 hours so I am biased.

Not obligated, but it is an asshat move to speed up and get in front of someone just to slow down early for a turn.

I haven't watched the video bc I'm on my phone and my battery is low but it sounds like something I used to run into often. Road goes from 4 lanes to 2. People would speed up and cut people off only to be forced to slam on their brakes so they could make their turn without crashing. I was part of and saw many near misses.

Well, that happens too.... but this lady was next to me at a red light on a four lane road, stopped IN THE CROSS WALK, then proceeded to drive the whole time in the right lane in my blind spot/behind me, then when there was NO ONE behind me, she passes me, gets in front of me, then slows down waaaaay before the intersection she wanted to turn left at, which has a dedicated turn lane.
